Frequently asked questions

What is the notice period if I no longer require BREAKFAST CLUB or AFTER SCHOOL CLUB?
We require one calendar months notice from the months start to month end. For example if you hand your notice in on 10th of November, your notice period will be taken from the 1st of December until the 30th December.
What is the notice period if I no longer require NURSERY?
We require two calendar months notice from the months start to month end. For example if you hand your notice in on 10th of November, your notice period will be taken from the 1st of December until the 31st January.
Can I book an extra session (adhoc session) for BREAKFAST CLUB or AFTER SCHOOL CLUB?
We offer adhoc sessions for a slightly higher rate. Please refer to our price list page for the amount per session per child.
Can I book an extra session (adhoc session) for NURSERY?
We offer adhoc sessions with a £5 administration fee on top of the sessional rate for your child's age band. Please go to our price list page to see what your sessional rate is.
